Have your priorities changed?

You might have heard the same thing we have: Many animal advocates and donors have said that after the results of the election, they can no longer focus their financial support on efforts for animals. Rather, they have to give to the ACLU, Planned Parenthood, National Resources Defense Council, Lambda Legal. Similar reactions have led to absolutely massive increases in donations to these groups, even crashing their donation pages.

This is a completely understandable reaction – many members of One Step have expressed similar sentiments. 

And while we sympathize entirely with this reaction to the election, our priorities remain the same:

To eliminate as much suffering as possible.

Regardless of your current priorities, we are glad you are a part of One Step for Animals, and are dedicated to making the world a better place for all.

You can know that every day, we will continue to do our absolute best to make sure anything you can donate to One Step (doubled, dollar-for-dollar) will do the most possible good in the real world.
